The Challenge
KVIP Ventures processed payroll manually — downloading timesheets, calculating hours, applying pay rates, generating pay stubs, and distributing them to employees. The end-to-end process took 3–5 hours per payroll cycle, was error-prone, and required significant manual effort for each client engagement. They needed an automated system that could handle the full payroll pipeline from data ingestion to employee notification.
Our Approach
Daiviksoft built a Python-based payroll automation system that processes timesheets end-to-end. The system ingests timesheet data, calculates pay based on configurable rates and rules, generates professional pay stubs, stores them in Google Drive for archival, and automatically notifies employees via WhatsApp and email with their pay details. A PostgreSQL database tracks all payroll records, employee data, and processing history.
