The Challenge
Finex needed an enterprise banking platform to manage customer accounts, card issuance, payment instructions (EU/SEPA, international, and own-account transfers), and mobile token-based authentication. The system required maker-checker approval workflows for financial transactions, multi-currency support, role-based administrative access, and audit logging to meet regulatory compliance standards.
Our Approach
Daiviksoft built a Java-based banking platform on Oracle database with 30+ tables, high-volume transaction support (sequence-based ID generation), and a VASCO/Izola mobile token authentication layer with OTP/PIN support. The admin interface provides card management, customer management, transaction pool monitoring, and instruction approval workflows following the maker-checker pattern. Multi-language support and translation management enable international deployment.
Key Deliverables
- Customer instruction management for payments and transfers (EU/SEPA, international, own-account)
- Mobile token authentication with OTP/PIN and PUK management
- Card issuance and lifecycle management
- Maker-checker approval workflows for transaction signing
- Admin dashboard: card search, customer management, transaction pool monitoring
- 6 distinct admin roles (Admin, Customer, Parameter, Translation, Audit Log, Report)
- Multi-language support with translation management
- Audit logging and compliance reporting
- Multi-currency transaction support
Results & Impact
Finex launched an enterprise banking platform handling high-volume financial transactions with robust security through mobile token authentication and maker-checker workflows. The Oracle-backed architecture supports enterprise-scale user volumes, while the admin dashboard provides comprehensive operational oversight and regulatory compliance through detailed audit trails.
